Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate – KM Client Support with 0–3 years of relevant experience to join their office in NCR, Mumbai, or Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in developing client-facing and internal products in various formats including traditional, graphic and audio-visual.
• Collaborate with senior team members and practice teams to research and develop high-quality knowledge products.
• Conduct market and sector research for internal briefs and knowledge-focused products.
• Collect and analyse data from various repositories to identify trends and insights.
• Ideate with seniors on new products and assist in drafting concept papers.
• Support process improvements and reduce response time for deliverables.
• Assist in preparing the annual KM budget.
• Track vendor deliverables and assist in vendor management, invoicing and finance.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a recognized educational institution (compulsory).
• 0–3 years of relevant work experience in a law firm, in-house role or Big 4.
• Research and analytical skills.
• Proficient drafting and editing skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and analytical tools.
• Comfort with legal technology tools and AI-driven solutions.
• Time management, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to take ownership and achieve goals.

Salary/Stipend
