Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate – Knowledge Management with 1–3 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse legal developments and news, prepare precise summaries, and circulate real-time updates to strengthen the firm’s knowledge database.
• Maintain internal know-how materials, including legal opinions, checklists, templates, and precedent libraries.
• Conduct targeted precedent research and support document requests from lawyers.
• Maintain, update, and enhance KM databases, repositories, and workflow systems.
• Collect, redact, tag, and upload Trilegal memos, notes, and knowledge assets into the firm’s database.
• Support planning and execution of internal and external Learning and Development sessions.
• Oversee the functioning of the Learning and Development platform.
• Promote KM initiatives and facilitate effective knowledge-sharing within the firm.
• Collaborate with internal technology teams on process automation projects.
• Evaluate, pilot, and help implement AI tools to support workflow automation, review AI outputs, and contribute to best practices.

Eligibility

LL.B. degree from a recognised institution with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
