Details of the Job/Internship
Integreon is hiring an Associate L1 to join their team in Mumbai. This role is focused on the specialized field of contract abstraction and legal operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Perform detailed contract abstraction and thorough quality checks based on specific client requirements.
- Conduct legal research, due diligence, and compliance tasks for diverse legal projects.
- Track quality metrics and ensure the timely delivery of all assigned work products.
- Work effectively within CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) tools and adapt to emerging legal technologies.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in extracting and reporting contractual data points.
Eligibility
- Law Graduate (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
- 0–3 years of experience (Freshers are eligible to apply).
- Strong understanding of contractual language and legal terminology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Keen attention to detail and an interest in legal operations and technology.
