Details of the Job/Internship

MGB is hiring an Associate with experience in labour law compliance to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle statutory registrations and maintain registers.
• File statutory returns.
• Manage labour law compliance portals.
• Liaise with government departments.
• Build and maintain relationships with regulatory officials.
• Monitor updates in labour law regulations.
• Expand compliance frameworks to additional states.

Eligibility

• Working knowledge and experience in registrations and maintenance of statutory registers.
• Experience in filing statutory returns.
• Familiarity with handling labour law portals, at least for Maharashtra.
• Willingness to research and expand the compliance base to other states, especially in Karnataka and Delhi NCR.
• Willingness to stay updated with changing labour laws and regulations.
• Comfortable with visiting government departments and building rapport with officials.

Salary/Stipend
