Singhania & Partners LLP is hiring an Associate (Land Acquisition) with 3–5 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi. The role involves handling Land Acquisition and Arbitration matters and representing clients before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
Role and Responsibilities
- Appearing and representing clients before District Courts, quasi-judicial authorities, High Courts, and the Supreme Court.
- Drafting Statements of Claim, Statements of Defence, evidence, counter affidavits, and Special Leave Petitions.
Eligibility
- 3-year or 5-year law degree from a leading law school.
- Prior experience in handling Land Acquisition and Arbitration matters.
- Proficiency in both English and Hindi.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Candidates with strong Hindi drafting skills will be given preference.
