Details of the Job/Internship

Gondane and Sonthalia Partners LLP is hiring an Associate Lawyer | Corporate & IP with experience of 1–3 years to join their office in Mumbai. The role involves working closely with partners on corporate transactions including drafting MOUs, SHAs, and commercial contracts, managing trademark registrations and copyright filings, and supporting advisory work through legal research, compliance audits, and dispute resolution.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft MOUs, SHAs, and commercial contracts for corporate transactions.
• Manage trademark registrations and copyright filings.
• Conduct legal research and assist in compliance audits.
• Support dispute resolution and advisory matters.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree and enrolment with the Bar Council of India.
• 1–3 years of experience in corporate and/or intellectual property law.
• Exceptional drafting skills with strong attention to detail and a digital-first mindset.

Salary/Stipend
