From legal notice dispatches to dispute resolution and suit filings, Legodesk offers end-to-end support for collection operations across financial institutions.
Details of the Job/Internship
Legodesk is hiring a Legal Executive with experience in litigation and legal operations to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft written statements, miscellaneous applications, replies, and police complaints.
- Review and draft contracts, agreements, and legal replies.
- Handle responses to notices from advocates, law enforcement, or regulatory bodies.
- Support clients in arbitration, conciliation, Lok Adalats, and other proceedings.
- Assist in onboarding lawyers across cities for client cases.
- Maintain MIS for all litigation involving the company and its officers.
- Follow up on cases with external legal teams and ensure timely billing.
- Manage legal operations including dispatch of legal notices and case filings.
Eligibility
- 3-year or 5-year integrated LLB degree.
- Prior experience in handling litigation including consumer, civil, criminal, and insolvency matters.
- Strong communication and drafting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related communication tools.
