Details of the Job/Internship
Shiva & Co. Advocates is hiring an Associate Lawyer – Litigation (0–3 Years PQE) to join its Bangalore office. This is a pure litigation role involving court appearances, drafting, and case preparation.
Role and Responsibilities
- Appearances and making submissions/arguing matters before various Courts and Tribunals across Bangalore.
- Drafting, legal research, and case preparation.
- Coordination with clients, when required.
Eligibility
- 0–3 years PQE.
- Working knowledge of the Kannada language is mandatory.
