Details of the Job/Internship

Chambers of Parth Contractor is hiring an Associate Lawyer to join their office in Ahmedabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in handling litigation and dispute resolution cases.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and forums.
• Coordinate with senior advocates on litigation strategy.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council in good standing.
• Knowledge of commercial/civil disputes, arbitrations, company law, IBC, tax and maritime litigations, and economic offences.
• Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience preferred but not mandatory.

Salary/Stipend
