Details of the Job/Internship

Abhay Bharadwaj & Associates is hiring for the position of Associate Lawyer to join their office in Rajkot. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Case preparation and legal drafting.
• Court appearances and representation.
• Client consultations and advisory services.
• Legal research and analysis.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and procedural standards.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LL.B. / LL.M.).
• Strong knowledge in at least one of the following practice areas: Criminal. Law, Civil Law, Family Law, IPR, or Company Law.
• Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in courtroom representation and client interaction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment.
• Prior experience in a law firm will be considered an advantage.

Salary/Stipend
