Abhay Nevagi and Associates is hiring for the position of Associate Lawyer to join their Delhi and Pune offices. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducted legal research and analysis on various cases and provided sound legal advice to clients.
• Represent clients in court, mediation, and arbitration proceedings.
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and updates on case progress.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates on complex cases to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
