Details of the Job/Internship
ABI Law Firm is hiring an Associate Lawyer to join their office in Chennai. The role involves managing daily legal tasks, including research, litigation support, contract drafting, and client consultations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents.
- Provide litigation support and assist in case strategy development.
- Attend court hearings and represent clients.
- Draft contracts and other legal documentation.
- Consult with clients and negotiate settlements.
- Stay updated on legal developments.
Eligibility
- Experience in property law, family law, corporate law, and civil litigation.
- Proficiency in legal research, contract drafting, and litigation support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a legal team.
- Admitted to practice law in India with relevant certifications.
- Experience in High Court litigation is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or higher.
