Role and Responsibilities
- Having worked preferably in the fields of Property Law, Service Law, Writ & Original Side Jurisdictions, and also having good working knowledge of Civil Procedure Code, Specific Relief Act & Transfer of Property Act.
Eligibility
- Experience of at least about 5 years in active litigation with good drafting skills.
