Details of the Job/Internship

Anirudh Associates is hiring an Associate with 2+ years of litigation experience in Bangalore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft notices, plaints, petitions, and legal documents independently.
• Conduct legal research on corporate and commercial litigation matters.
• Represent clients before District Courts, Commercial Courts, and Arbitration Tribunals.
• Coordinate with clients and juniors for filings and case management.
• Assist seniors during evidence and argument stages.

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience practicing before trial courts in Bangalore.
• Knowledge of IBC and/or CPC.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Kannada (preferred).

Salary/Stipend

4.5 to 7. lakhs based on the candidate
