Details of the Job/Internship

Arete Group is hiring a Legal Executive with experience of 3–4 years to join their office in Vapi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and vetting of sale deeds, legal agreements, and joint venture agreements.
• Draft agreements, arrangements, undertakings, declarations, and deeds for existing and prospective ventures.
• Assist in title verification of owned land.
• Interpret deeds, agreements, and other legal documents.

Eligibility

• LLB degree completed.
• 3–4 years of legal experience is preferable.
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Gujarati.
• Good presentation skills with knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
• Ability to understand business parameters and stakeholder requirements.
• Strong responsiveness, crisis-handling ability, and time management skills.

Salary/Stipend
