Details of the Job/Internship

Aritra Partners is hiring a Transaction Associate with 1–3 years of experience to join their Legal & Compliances Department in Chinchpokli, Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end deal execution for M&A and PE/VC transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate investment documents, including SHA, SSA, and SPA.
• Advise early-stage and growth-stage companies on legal, commercial, and strategic matters.
• Collaborate with founders, investors, and stakeholders across the startup ecosystem.

Eligibility

• 1–3 years of PQE with strong exposure to corporate, M&A, and VC/PE transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong client-handling skills.

Salary/Stipend
