The Chambers are headed by Mr. Parth Contractor who is a qualified Chartered Accountant and an Information Technology Engineer in addition to being a qualified Lawyer. The Chambers have been dealing with wide-ranging complex litigations and are known for their litigation and pre-litigation strategies and representational services across Courts, Tribunals, Forums, and Authorities in India. The Chambers represent several multinational companies Indian conglomerates and several private clients in their ongoing litigations.
Details of the Job/Internship
Chambers of Parth Contractor is hiring an Associate Lawyer to join their office in Ahmedabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- The Associate Lawyer will handle Commercial and Civil Disputes, Arbitrations, Company Law cases, IBC Litigations, Tax Litigations, Maritime Litigations, and Economic Offences.
- The role involves developing and implementing litigation strategies, representing clients in various legal proceedings, and providing legal counsel.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge of Commercial and Civil Laws, Arbitration, Company, IBC, Tax, Maritime, and Economic Offences.
- Experience in handling complex litigations and dispute resolution.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in representing clients in Courts, Tribunals, and Arbitration proceedings.
- LLB degree from a recognized institution.
