Details of the Job/Internship
CNS Juris is hiring for the position of Associate Lawyer to join their Office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Working on land laws + property laws + real estate laws + conveyancing laws.
- Drafting search & title reports, sale deeds, DA/POA, etc.
- Drafting legal opinions relating to land laws + property laws.
- Researching land laws + property laws.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in land laws + property laws + real estate laws.
- Knowledge of drafting deeds/ documents for land + property + real estate transactions.
- Well-versed with basic computer applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Must have worked on at least 1 legal research software.
- Good command of reading, writing, and speaking Marathi + English.
