CNS Juris is hiring Associate Lawyer to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Work on due diligence for the acquisition of land and property, drafting of title opinions, search reports, other reports, and legal opinions.
- Draft sale deeds, agreements, wills, JVs, MOUS, POAS, licenses, leases, etc.
- Study complex dispute-related issues relating to land and property matters.
- Handle court cases relating to land and property disputes.
- Study court case files and draft plaints, WS, legal notices, etc. (for the court litigation department).
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lawyer/Advocate.
- Must have Sanad/Enrollment Number with Advocates Bar Council.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English (compulsory) and Marathi (preferable).
