Details of the Job/Internship

CorpLit Consultants (Advocates & Advisors) is hiring an Associate Lawyer with experience of 1 to 3 years to join their office in New Delhi.

• Joining On: immediate basis.
• Designation: Litigation Associate Advocate.

Role and Responsibilities

• To carry out extensive legal drafting as well as to individually attend hearings in courts. 
• To research Manupatra, SCC Online, and other research platforms for relevant case laws. 

Eligibility

• Must be a graduate/post-graduate in law from a recognized university and is expected to possess a minimum post-qualification experience of one to three (1-3) years as a practicing advocate; 
• Should be self-motivated, hardworking, and must be passionate about litigation; 
• Must be disciplined and punctual; 
• Should have command over IB Code and Companies Act; 
• Should have command over the English language and should have good legal acumen with excellent legal drafting skills; 
• Must possess excellent legal research skills and be familiar with legal databases. 
• Residing in and around South Delhi would be given preference. 
• Must be able to handle the cases on an independent basis. 

Salary/Stipend
