Details of the Job/Internship

Dubey & Partners is hiring an Associate Lawyer for a full-time, on-site role in New Delhi.
The role involves providing legal advisory services, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and offering strategic legal guidance. Exposure and experience in litigation before the High Courts and in arbitration proceedings are mandatory.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advisory services to clients.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings.
• Assist in formulating and executing legal strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve complex legal objectives.
• Engage with clients to address legal issues and provide strategic guidance.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Membership with a recognised Bar Association.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, litigation, and intellectual property rights.
• Experience in legal research and drafting of legal documents.
• Proven experience in representing clients in court.
• Ability to develop and execute complex legal strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients.
• Experience in international operations and multiple jurisdictions is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend
