Details of the Job/Internship
Edvisars Consultancy Services is hiring an Associate Lawyer with experience of 2 years to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, vetting, and finalizing MSAs (for India, USA, Australia), NDAs, White Label Agreements, etc. for IT based companies.
- Drafting and vetting of business agreements, MOUs, deeds, and other legal documents.
- Preparing and sending out Legal Notices to the concerned parties.
- Legal advisory to clients on litigation matters.
- Drafting Police Complaints as and when necessary.Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and managing client relationships.
Eligibility
- Law degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 Years of experience of drafting and vetting of above mentioned documents.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
