Edvisars Consultancy Services is hiring for the position of Associate Advocate to join their Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Agreement Drafting & Vetting: Create and review agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, property-related contracts, and more for businesses of various sizes.
• Advisory Services: Offer legal opinions on diverse matters for clients.
• Evaluate incoming case files to determine their merit and the best legal strategy to obtain relief for clients.
• Legal Notices: Prepare detailed and accurate legal notices following current laws and firm standards.

Eligibility

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with a consistent career history.
• Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strategic thinker, and a proactive approach.
• Advocates who are having litigation experience and willing to switch to corporate

Salary/Stipend

₹20k -35k per month
