Details of the Job/Internship
EOS Chambers is hiring for the position of Associate Lawyer with 4-6 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients in civil, commercial, and corporate litigation, particularly before the Supreme Court of India.
- Appear in arbitration proceedings and support broader dispute resolution strategies.
- Draft and review a variety of legal documents including petitions, written submissions, legal notices, and commercial agreements.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and provide strategic legal opinions.
- Assist senior advocates and partners in case preparation, court appearances, and briefings.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in litigation and/or corporate law.
- Strong understanding of legal procedures, substantive laws, and precedents.
- Excellent drafting, research, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- High standards of professional ethics, with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Salary/Stipend
