Details of the Job/Internship
EOS Chambers of Law is hiring for the position of Associate Lawyer with 5-6 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients in civil and criminal cases before High Courts, District Courts, Tribunals, and other legal forums.
- Conduct legal research, case analysis, and drafting of pleadings, petitions, and legal opinions.
- Assist in trial preparation, case strategy development, and client consultations.
- Handle bail applications, cross-examinations, evidence submissions, and arguments in court.
- Work closely with senior lawyers and maintain court schedules, case files, and documentation.
- Stay updated with legal precedents, procedural changes, and amendments in litigation laws.
Eligibility
- LLB from a recognized university (Enrollment with Bar Council required).
- 5-6 years of hands-on experience in civil & criminal litigation.
- Strong courtroom advocacy skills with the ability to argue matters independently.
- Proficiency in legal drafting, case research, and court procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced litigation environment.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
