Srivastava & Co. from 1990. The Firm is a well-known, accomplished, and expertly run legal practice with its headquarters in New Delhi.

Details of the Job/Internship

EOS Chambers of Law is hiring an Associate Lawyer with experience of 6 to 7 years to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advocate for clients in criminal and civil cases before tribunals, district courts, high courts, and other courts.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft pleadings, petitions, and legal opinions.
• Help with strategy creation, client relations, and trial preparation.
• Respond to court arguments, evidence submissions, cross-examinations, and bail requests.
• Work together with senior attorneys to oversee case files, timetables, and paperwork.
• Keep abreast with procedural changes, precedents, and legal developments.

Eligibility

• LLB from an accredited university that is enrolled in the Bar Council.
• 6–7 years of strong civil and criminal litigation expertise, preferably in a chamber setting.
• strong courtroom presence and autonomous advocacy abilities.
• competence in procedural law, research, and legal drafting.
• Outstanding analytical, multitasking, and communication skills.

Salary/Stipend
