Details of the Job/Internship
EOS Chambers of Law is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Associate specializing in Civil Litigation to join their esteemed legal team. If you have a strong background in handling civil disputes, property matters, contract enforcement, and constitutional law.

Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients in civil litigation cases before the Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts, and Tribunals.
- Handle disputes related to property laws, contracts, inheritance, real estate, and constitutional matters.
- Draft and review pleadings, legal notices, petitions, and contracts.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and provide strategic legal advice to clients.
- Assist in mediation, arbitration, and out-of-court settlements.
- Coordinate with junior associates and oversee case preparations.
Eligibility
- LLB from a recognized university (LLM is a plus).
- 5-6 years of experience in Civil Litigation & Dispute Resolution.
- Strong expertise in property disputes, contracts, injunctions, and constitutional law.
- Excellent advocacy skills with the ability to handle cases independently.
- Proficiency in legal drafting, case analysis, and court procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and work in a fast-paced legal environment.
