Details of the Job/Internship

Garg & Garg Advocates is hiring an Associate Lawyer to join their office in New Delhi. This is a full-time on-site role involving drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, representing clients in court, and providing legal advice. The role requires engagement across multiple practice areas, collaboration with senior attorneys, and active participation in case preparation, court proceedings, and client consultations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents and contracts.
• Conduct legal research and analyse legal issues.
• Represent clients in court proceedings.
• Provide legal advice to clients.
• Assist in case preparation and court matters.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and participate in client consultations.

Eligibility

• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Experience in litigation, court appearances, and client advocacy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of legal compliance and regulatory frameworks in India.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognised institution.
• LL.M. is an advantage.
• Membership with the Bar Council of India is mandatory.
• Previous experience in a law firm or legal services role is an advantage.
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to client confidentiality.

Salary/Stipend
