Details of the Job/Internship
GAUTAM LAW CHAMBER is hiring an Associate Lawyer to join their office in Nokha Mandi.
Role and Responsibilities
- The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for handling various litigation matters, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and providing legal advice.
- The role will also involve working closely with senior attorneys and assisting in case preparation and strategy.
Eligibility
- Strong proficiency in legal research, drafting legal documents, and case preparation.
- Experience in handling criminal, civil, commercial, and corporate litigation cases.
- Knowledge of laws related to infrastructure, energy, and regulatory aspects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Experience in handling cases in District Courts, High Courts, RERA, NCLT, and Lok Adalat.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
