Details of the Job/Internship

Gautam Law Chambers is hiring for the position of Associate Lawyer to join their office in Nokha Mandi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle criminal, civil, and corporate litigation matters independently.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare case strategies.
• Draft pleadings, contracts, opinions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and other legal authorities.
• Liaise effectively with clients to provide timely updates and legal advice.
• Manage multiple cases efficiently and ensure deadlines are met.

Eligibility

• Strong expertise in Criminal Law, Civil Law, and Corporate Litigation.
• Working knowledge of Banking Laws, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws (IBC).
• Proficient in legal drafting and research.
• Excellent communication and client liaison skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle a diverse case portfolio.
• Experience or interest in telecom sector advisory is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.

Salary/Stipend
