Role and Responsibilities

The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for handling a variety of legal tasks including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and providing legal advice. The role also involves working on regulatory matters, preparing case files, and coordinating with clients and other stakeholders. The candidate will be expected to manage criminal, civil, commercial, and corporate litigation cases effectively and efficiently.

Eligibility

• Proficiency in Criminal Laws, Civil Laws, Banking Laws, and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws.
• Strong skills in drafting legal documents, legal research, and litigation.
• Experience in handling regulatory matters and advisory work in sectors such as telecom.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and relevant bar admissions.
• Experience in handling cases at various jurisdictions, including the Supreme Court and High Courts, is a plus.
