Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- Experience in intellectual property law, specifically trademark law.
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Admission to the Bar Council.
- Experience in handling trademark applications, oppositions, and litigations.
- Knowledge of Indian trademark laws and regulations.
