Advocate Pratik Jasani is looking to hire candidates for the role of Associate Lawyer. The office is located in Ahmedabad.

Role and Responsibilities

The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for handling legal matters related to trademarks, providing legal advice and support to clients, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent
• Experience in intellectual property law, specifically trademark law
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Admission to the Bar Council
• Experience in handling trademark applications, oppositions, and litigations
• Knowledge of Indian trademark laws and regulations
