Details of the Job/Internship

JSSB LEGAL (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Associate Lawyer with relevant experience to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

Draft and review agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
Conduct legal research and interpret statutes, case laws, and precedents.
Represent clients in meetings or legal proceedings when required.
Provide legal advice on rights, obligations, and compliance matters.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and internal teams.
Manage documentation and assist with case preparation.

Eligibility

LL.B degree with membership in a recognised Bar Council.
Strong research, analytical, drafting, and advisory skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience in litigation or corporate law is an added advantage.
High attention to detail and confidentiality.
