Kaizen Law is hiring an Associate Lawyer with experience of 3 years to join their office in Gurugram.
Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Expertise in transactional law, with a focus on corporate, technology, and commercial matters.
- Understanding technology law is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of transactional issues.
- Familiarity with the Companies Act 2013 and provisions concerning foreign investments.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated, Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
