Details of the Job/Internship
Kayda Kanoon & Co is hiring an Associate Lawyer with experience of 0–2 years to join their office in Rohini.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and represent clients in general litigation matters across various forums.
- Specialize in handling cheque bounce cases under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act for NBFIs.
- Attend court hearings regularly, primarily focusing on proceedings in the Rohini Courts.
- Draft legal notices, complaints, and other court-related documentation for recovery cases.
- Coordinate with clients to gather evidence and documentation required for litigation.
- Assist senior partners in case preparation and legal research for complex litigation matters.
Eligibility
- Possession of an LLB degree from a recognized university.
- 0–2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in litigation.
- Familiarity with the procedures of Delhi District Courts, specifically Rohini Courts.
- Interest in financial litigation and recovery laws.
