Details of the Job/Internship

Kshetry & Co. is hiring an Associate Lawyer with 1–5 years of experience to join their Kolkata office in a full-time role covering litigation and corporate matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in ED, CBI, and EOW matters.
• Handle litigation-related drafting, research, filings, and appearances.
• Support corporate and commercial matters as required.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams.

Eligibility

• Strong research, drafting, and litigation skills.
• Ability to assist in ED, CBI, and EOW matters.
• Experience in High Court filings and appearances is preferred.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-jurisdictional environment.
• NUJS graduates are preferred.

Salary/Stipend
