Role and Responsibilities

• General corporate advisory.
• Drafting and vetting agreements.
• Legal research.

• Advising on compliance-related issues.
• Docket and case management for prosecution matters.

Eligibility

• LLB degree.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Preference for candidates with prior internship or work experience in non-litigation firms.
