Details of the Job/Internship

LawTimesIndia is hiring an Associate Lawyer to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analyse legal issues.
• Draft, review, and manage legal documents and contracts.
• Prepare and file legal documents before relevant authorities.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
• Appear before courts or tribunals and assist in legal proceedings.
• Analyse jurisprudence and case laws.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate with team members to develop legal strategies and solutions.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognised institution.
• Enrolment as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India.
• Strong knowledge of legal research, analysis, and drafting of legal documents.
• Experience in litigation processes, court procedures, and representation at hearings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations, and case laws to legal issues.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to multitasking.
• Prior experience in corporate law, compliance, or specialised legal matters will be an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend
