Details of the Job/Internship

Lawshield Technologies Private Limited is hiring an Associate Lawyer to join its team on a full-time, on-site basis in the Greater Delhi Area. The role involves advising clients, handling case documentation, assisting in drafting legal documents, and conducting legal research. The Associate Lawyer will liaise with clients, prepare legal arguments, manage cases efficiently, and collaborate with colleagues on various legal matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advising clients on legal matters.
• Handling and managing case documentation.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Conducting legal research and case analysis.
• Preparing legal arguments and assisting in case management.
• Liaising with clients and coordinating on legal requirements.
• Collaborating with colleagues on various legal matters.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or a higher qualification.
• Proven experience as a practicing lawyer, preferably in corporate or litigation matters.
• Experience in legal research, legal writing, and case analysis.
• Expertise in drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Strong client management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to stay updated on changes in laws, government policies, and judicial precedents.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Salary/Stipend
