Details of the Job/Internship
LawSikho is hiring Associate Lawyers for their Evaluations Team, seeking professionals with strong communication and analytical skills who can provide structured feedback on assignments and support learner growth. The role involves working remotely with clear work schedules and contributing to the skill development of young lawyers.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct 20 evaluations of assignments daily during probation and 35–40 evaluations daily post-probation.
- Provide written feedback to improve learners’ drafting and editing skills.
- Attend and resolve student doubts over calls patiently.
- Maintain quality audit scores as per QC requirements.
- Contribute to learner transformation by helping them develop practical skills, portfolios, and professional track records.
- Work 7–8 active hours daily, 5 days a week, as per company policy.
Eligibility
- 3–4 years of experience in contracts, compliance, or litigation.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide objective, constructive written feedback.
- Strong self-discipline and ability to work without supervision.
- Interest in mentoring and guiding young lawyers.
- Comfortable learning new skills and handling new types of assignments.
