LawSikho is hiring a Faculty for Academic Writing & AI Integration for a full-time remote positio
Role and Responsibilities
- Design and deliver courses using interactive, Socratic method-based teaching.
- Develop course materials that combine theoretical and practical insights.
- Create AI-enhanced learning modules.
- Support students in skill development, goal setting, and career advancement.
- Monitor and improve the Net Promoter Score (NPS) of assigned courses.
- Guide students on job placements, freelancing, and professional growth.
- Collaborate on improving course content, structure, and pedagogy.
- Learn and contribute across legal and non-legal disciplines.
- Use time-tracking software efficiently as part of remote work operations.
Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Strong interest and proficiency in AI, automation, and education.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Passion for mentoring, research, and continuous learning.
- Comfort with remote work and flexible, innovative environments.
