Details of the Job/Internship

LexApex Juris LLP is hiring an Associate Lawyer with 1–3 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings.
• Draft and review contracts and legal documents.
• Participate in court proceedings.
• Assist in real estate, banking & finance, and commercial law matters.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for clients.
• Maintain regular client communication and provide legal counsel.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B); LL.M or specialisation preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in legal practice, especially litigation and advisory.
• Strong skills in legal research, drafting, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
• Knowledge of real estate law, RERA compliance, and commercial transactions.
• Familiarity with court procedures and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
