Marat Law is hiring an Associate Lawyer to join their office in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for handling legal cases related to Cyber Crimes, Family Law, Economic Offences, and Civil litigation.
• The role involves providing legal advice, conducting research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of Cyber Laws, Family Law, Economic Offences, and Civil Litigation.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Ability to draft legal documents and provide sound legal advice.
• Experience in representing clients in court proceedings.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree.
• Membership in the Bar Council of India.

Salary/Stipend
