- Assisting in M&A transactions and corporate deals.
- Providing general corporate advisory support to clients.
- Drafting legal documents and conducting thorough legal research.
Eligibility
- 0-2 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law.
- Strong drafting and research skills.
- An interest in working on M&A, corporate governance, and transactional matters.
- A proactive attitude and a passion for learning.
