Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting due diligence for various transactions.
• Assisting in M&A transactions and corporate deals.
• Providing general corporate advisory support to clients.
• Drafting legal documents and conducting thorough legal research.

Eligibility

• 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law and M&A transactions.
• Strong drafting and research skills.
• A proactive attitude and a passion for learning.
