Details of the Job/Internship

Ostwal Group is hiring an Associate Lawyer for its on-site office in Nasik. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support ongoing matters.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and conveyancing documents.
• Advise and represent clients in court and during consultations.
• Prepare legal notices under cooperative laws and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and update legal databases.

Eligibility

• LLB degree from an accredited institution.
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong skills in legal drafting, research, and client representation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a law firm or corporate legal department preferred.
