Details of the Job/Internship
ParrotAI is hiring an Associate Lawyer for a full-time remote role. The position involves providing legal advice, conducting research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, negotiating contracts, and representing clients in legal proceedings.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Negotiate terms and conditions in contracts.
- Represent clients in legal proceedings and liaise with external partners.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field; Juris Doctor (JD) preferred.
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction is required.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
- Proficiency in negotiation and representing clients in legal proceedings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and laws.
- Experience in technology and AI-driven businesses is a plus.
