Prasad Group is hiring an Associate Lawyer for a full-time, on-site position in the Greater Kolkata Area.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review and manage legal documents related to the company’s operations.
- Conduct legal research on applicable laws and regulations.
- Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Facilitate compliance with real estate regulatory requirements.
- Manage legal disputes, proceedings, and related matters.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge of property law, contract law, and corporate law.
- Proficient in legal research, drafting, and negotiation.
- Experience in document review, lease agreements, and due diligence in the real estate sector.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with compliance and regulatory processes in real estate is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent; license to practice law in India required.
- Prior experience in real estate or corporate legal services is a plus.
