Rizvi & Associates is seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Advocate to join their team and oversee legal work in the Kashmir region.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil, criminal, and commercial litigation before various courts and tribunals in Kashmir region. 
• Draft pleadings, legal notices, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice on ongoing cases.
• Ensure timely filing and compliance with legal procedures.

Eligibility

• LLB degree from a recognized university and enrollment with the Bar Council.
• Strong legal drafting, research, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
